    Sourced From Romania. This is a fresh and fruity Pinot packed full of red fruit aromas that follow onto the palate.

  • THE OPPORTUNIST SHIRAZ From 8.5

    Sourced from Langhorne Creek, Australia. Bite of steak, sip of full-bodied Shiraz is a match! A succulent, juicy wine with great balance of ripe cassis fruit and a smooth velvety finish.

  • CHÂTEAU MINVIELLE ROUGE From 9.3

    Sourced from Bordeaux, France. A complex blend of black fruits and hints of pepper and violet. Merlot from its ancestral homeland, aged for a year in old oak barrels to develop a powerful palate, rich and fruity with velvety tannins.

  • CRIANZA, BODEGAS LUIS CAÑAS From 12.5

    Sourced from Rioja, Spain. Intense spice and oak on layers of velvety cherry fruit and a slight hint of liquorice. Smooth round tannins that compliment barbecued and grilled meats of all kinds.

  • PRIMITIVO, ELECTRIC BEE From 12.5

    Sourced from Puglia, Italy. Full-bodied yet the delicate balance of ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry makes you reach for that second glass.

    Sourced from Bessa Valley, Bulgaria. A big, robust Bulgarian red made in an opulent Bordeaux style by master winemakers, with heaps of blackcurrant and earthy complexity.

    Sourced from North Coast, California. This West-Coast number starts out with rich, delicious red fruits on the nose that flows into cherry, watermelon & candied plum. Sourced from vineyards throughout Napa and Sonoma, the best of both regions to produce a full-bodied yet approachable wine.

    Sourced from Marlborough, New Zealand. New Zealand Sauvignon at its finest! Undeniable notes of fresh grass and peach, with citrus fruits and dry, natural acidity.

    Sourced from Navarra, Spain. From Rioja’s neighbouring region, this unoaked Chard has bright lemon-yellow colour with intense tropical and stone fruit aromas.

    Sourced from Burgundy, France. Distinct flinty minerality that we expect from quality Chablis. With a touch of green apple crispness, Defaix knows exactly how to deliver an elegant expression of Burgundian class with a long complex finish.

    Sourced from Galicia, Spain. Capturing the purity of Rias Baixas, Northern Spain with citrus, minerality and saline notes throughout. The palate is light and fresh.

  • ALICE VERDECA, PRODUTTORI DI MANDURIA From 42

    Sourced from Puglia, Italy. An abundance of aromatic white flowers mixed with citrus notes as well as pear and pineapple. While dry, the aromas show just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be…a staff fave.

Malbec Collection

Malbec is a variety of grape that is known for its deep color and rich, juicy flavours. Originating from the Bordeaux region of France, it is now most famously cultivated in Argentina, particularly in the Mendoza region. Malbec wines typically exhibit flavours of blackberry, plum, and black cherry, often with notes of cocoa and earthy spices. They are known for their smooth tannins and velvety texture, making them a popular choice for red wine enthusiasts.

  • MALBEC, MAN MEETS MOUNTAIN From 7.75

    Sourced from Mendoza, Argentina. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit flavours and aged only 3 months in old French oak barrels. Blueberry, blackcurrant and plum fruits, with a delightful medium tannic finish.

  • MALBEC, MANOS NEGRAS, UCO VALLEY 42

    Sourced from Mendoza, Argentina. Arguably one of the most elegant versions of Malbec available. With decades of experience, winemaker and owner Alejandro Sejanovich sources from organic vineyards in the Uco Valley sub-region of Mendoza, the higher altitudes of 3,700 feet bring cool desert climate that produce intense violet aromatics, bright red fruit and racy acidity. The wine is aged for 9 months in oak barrels with a touch of New oak to give the full finish.

  • MALBEC L’ATELIER, CROCUS 63

    Sourced from Bordeaux, France. Bertrand Vigouroux showcases Malbec from three different vineyards; l’Atelier is a single vineyard with two feet of clay topsoil atop calcareous stone. Not a touch of oak ageing to encourage floral and refined notes of plum and black cherry.

  • MALBEC, FELINO, VIÑA COBOS FROM 12

    Sourced from Mendoza, Argentina. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, we have a powerful and firmly structured wine, packed with layers and layers of fruit flavours. Fine-grained tannins from large American oak barrels adds to the complexity.

These wines represent the pinnacle of viticulture and enology, showcasing the complexity, depth, and elegance that come from the world’s most renowned wine regions. Each bottle in this collection promises a unique and memorable tasting experience, perfect for special occasions.

  • PULIGNY-MONTRACHET, LES REUCHAUX, CHANZY From 23.5

    Sourced from Burgundy, France. From one of the single most important areas of Côte de Beaune, this is a powerful and memorable white wine. Complete balance and aromatic complexity combined with refined style, this pairs with delicate but also rich dishes...especially shellfish of any sort.

  • ALBARIÑO COLECCIÓN, PAZO SEÑORANS From 13

    Sourced from Galicia, Spain. Produced by Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque, true pioneers and founding members of the Rias-Baixas DO along the Atlantic coast of Spain. Think of this as competing with Burgundian-level quality and potential for ageing (30 months in the cellar before release). Attractive pale-yellow colour, a delicate profile of subtle citrus notes and lovely structure.

  • SANCERRE ROSÉ, DOMAINE FRANÇOIS CROCHET From 12.5

    Sourced from Loire, France. 100% Pinot Noir grapes provide for pale Salmon pink colour and very fine notes of fresh red fruits. Organic vineyards composed of clay and limestone provide low yields and tremendous quality. Next level French Rosé.

  • AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO, BISCARDO From 15.75

    Sourced from Veneto, Italy. One of the most famous Italian wines, for good reason. After drying the grapes for 120 days the flavours are intensified and persistent with a bouquet of cherry brightness, woody spiciness, and velvety almondy bitterness.

  • CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE, BEL AMI, GUILLAUME GONNET From 17.5

    Sourced from Rhône, France. Dried herbs surround the red and black fruit bouquet of dark cherries and blackberries, liquorice and spice. Robust blend of Grenache and Syrah from the pinnacle Cru village of the Southern Rhône.

  • BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO, SAN POLINO From 23.5

    Sourced from Tuscany, Italy. Sangiovese from its most brilliant DOCG within the borders of Tuscany. Tannins that grab you by the shoulders, full of autumnal fruits, ripe fig and an earthy minerality…after 4+ years ageing in French barrels this wine is ready to be enjoyed.

  • CABERNET SAUVIGNON, PAUL HOBBS From 33.5

    Sourced from Napa Valley, California. The crown-jewel of American wine, Cabernet Sauvignon gives a generous and savoury palate that takes you on a journey through exciting notes of black fig, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, graphite, strawberry compote... every tasting note we could possibly taste, is found in this wine.
