Our Executive Chef William Lee has left no stone unturned in his quest to create Glasgow’s premier lunch dining experience. Having worked in Michelin star restaurants over the course of his career, William has created an exquisite lunch menu that will leave your tastebuds dancing. 

 

This thoughtfully crafted menu is a symphony of flavours, a dance of textures, and a celebration of culinary finesse, meticulously curated to transform your midday meal into an extraordinary culinary affair.
